Explosion occurs near Kabul Bank in Kunduz City

KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): An explosion took place near the Kabul Bank branch in the capital of northern Kunduz province on Tuesday morning, an official said.

Police spokesman Juma Din Khaksar said the blast occurred in Kunduz City at 8:00am. He added details of the incident would be shared with media later on.

On Monday, five people were killed and injured as a result of a landmine explosion in the Abu Nasr Farahi Port of western Farah province.
