SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): A man was killed when a hand grenade left over from past wars exploded in northern Jawzjan province, an official said on Tuesday.
Police spokesman Qari Abdul Sattar Halimi told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Qurban Gildi, 63, a resident of Hindu Kush village of Mardian district, was working in his agricultural land when he hit the unexploded ordnance.
