KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Four people have been killed as a result of traffic accident in the Daman district of southern Kandahar province, an official said on Wednesday.
Police spokesman Mullah Asadullah Jamshed told Pajhwok Afghan News that the accident occurred when a fielder-type car collided with a truck in the Minara area on the Kabul-Kandahar highway at 8:00 PM on Tuesday night.
Jamshed confirmed that four individuals, including Haji Abdul Qayyum Agha, a tribal leader from Jagdalak district of Zabul, lost their lives in the collision.
