KABUL (Pajhwok): The first deputy interior minister has discussed the security situation in Afghanistan with UNAMA head.
In a statement, the Ministry of Interior wrote first deputy interior minister Maulvi Mohammad Nabi Omari met with United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) chief Roza Otunbayeva today (Thursday).
It said the meeting took place at the office of MoI and both sides discussed various topics, especially the security situation in the country.
According to the statement, the meeting emphasized bilateral cooperation for greater stability and security in Afghanistan.
