PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Two people have been killed and eight others injured in two separate traffic accidents in northern Baghlan province, police said on Monday.
In a statement, the police headquarters said a fire truck collided with a Corolla-type vehicle in Baburqol area of Doshi district on Sunday.
It said one individual lost his life and a woman was among four people injured in the accident.
Separately, one person was killed and four others were wounded and one man was missing after a collision between a corolla-type vehicle and a passenger bus in Shamali Salang Mulkhan area of Khenjan district last night.
The accidents were blamed on carelessness of drivers.
