KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 16 Palestinians have been killed and over 100 wounded after Israeli forces reportedly opened fire on civilians waiting for aid near Gaza’s Nuseirat crossroads.
Health officials at Al-Awda and Al-Aqsa Martyrs hospitals confirmed the casualties, according to Al Jazeera.
In a separate incident, an Israeli airstrike targeted a house in the Zeitoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, killing eight people and injuring several others, medical sources told Al Jazeera.
Since the start of the Israeli offensive, nearly 56,000 Palestinians have been killed and more than 129,000 injured in Gaza, according to reports.
