Death toll from hunger in Gaza rises to 277

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Gaza Health Ministry has announced that five more people, including two children, have died of starvation in the past 24 hours.

Al Jazeera reported: “As Israel keeps pounding Gaza, five more Palestinians, including two children, have starved to death in the enclave, according to the Health Ministry, raising the total number of hunger-related deaths to 227, including 103 children”.

The catastrophic conditions of food shortages and skyrocketing prices, due to Israel’s prevention of the entry of aid shipments, have put the lives of millions of Palestinians under severe strain.
