KABUL (Pajhwok): The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has banned its citizens from traveling to Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq.
According to Reuters, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Thursday that its citizens must leave these countries.
The ministry also urged Emiratis currently in those countries to depart immediately and return home.
Meanwhile, the UAE’s official news agency reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: “UAE citizens are not permitted to travel to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Iraq, and the Republic of Lebanon.”
