JALALABAD (Pajhwok): One person has been killed and four others, including three children and a woman, injured after the roof of a room collapsed due to heavy rainfall in Shinwari district of Nangarhar, local officials said.
Quraishi Badloon, information officer at the Nangarhar Information and Culture Department, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place on Thursday morning in the Marko Bazaar area of Shinwari district.
He said one person died and three children and a woman were injured in the incident.
Badloon added that the roof collapsed following heavy rains, and the injured were taken to a health facility for treatment.
