GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Two civilian were killed and five others wounded in two back-to-back blasts in the Andar district of southern Ghazni province on Saturday, an official said.
The first incident occurred at 10:30 when a roadside bomb ripped through a passenger car, killing two and injuring five others. The second blast did not cause causalities.
Mohammad Qasim Desiwal, the district chief, said the injured had been evacuated to hospital. They are said to be in stable condition.
Desiwal accused militants of planting landmines which often hit civilian vehicles. There was no immediate reaction from the Taliban
