3 civilians wounded in Kapisa blast

MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): Three civilians were wounded in a blast in central Kapisa province on Friday, an official said.

The blast took place near security forces check-post in the Sayyad bazaar this noon.

Mohammad Ayub Yousufzai, police spokesman told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast was carried out through and explosive-rigged bicycle.

He said the injured had been shifted to the hospital.
