Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, deputy spokesman for the the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) wrote on X the Muttaqi-led team was visiting Turkmenistan on a formal invitation from his Turkmen counterpart Raşit Meredow.
According to Takal, the foreign minister will meet his Turkmen counterpart on bilateral issues.
The delegation includes representatives of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Afghanistan Railway Authority and Da Afghanistan Breshna Shirkat.
