Daesh deputy head for Khorasan region arrested in Herat

HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Deputy head of Daesh also known as Islamci State for Khorasan region has been arrested in western Herat province, an official said on Wednesday.

Jilani Farhad, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the deputy head of Daesh for Khorasan arrived in Herat from Nangarhar province to plan terrorist activities.

He was arrested by the personnel of National Directorate of Security (NDS) from the Syawashan locality of Guzra district.

Daesh have not spoken about the arrest of its key member.
