How do you develop a positive mindset?
How do you develop a positive mindset?

By: Hazrat Osman Noori

First let’s describe positive mindset, it means, having a positive mindset, or positive mental attitude, means that you are optimistic about the world around you, and you expect that good things will happen to you. In contrast, a negative attitude, or mindset, indicates that you expect bad things to happen and struggle to perceive the world in a positive way. Some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being.

A person’s thoughts and ideas are mostly formed by what he hears or sees. If we think about ourselves right now, what is lying in our minds are mostly the words that we have either heard or seen. Now the decision is in our hands: if we hear good things and see good things, our mind and thoughts will be filled with good things; if we hear bad words and see bad deeds, our mind will be filled with bad things.
Try it today: better than listening to a nonsense song is to go to YouTube and read the biography of a successful person on how he became successful, then see what nonsense he said. Songs give your mind a lot of positive energy from the life of this successful person.

Or you are reading this article right now; instead of this, you can read many other funny posts. But what you learn here, you cannot learn elsewhere.
Our mental content should be positive, and positive content is created by seeing positive things, hearing positive words, speaking positive words, reading positive words, and doing positive things. All of these things help us to develop a positive mindset and mindset, and when our thinking becomes positive, our life follows suit, and when our life becomes positive, there is no difference between us and a successful person. You should pay more attention to this one word in your conversations:
You must have heard people saying, “Don’t do bad things; don’t think bad things; don’t talk bad things.” When we think of a word, our mind, which understands every word, has an image of that word and understands it by looking at that image. For example, when we say “pen,” there is an image of a pen in our mind; the same image comes to mind, and it takes on the meaning of the word pen. Now if you tell someone not to do bad things, let’s analyze this sentence: “Bad deeds” also have an image in the human mind. When we hear the name “bad deeds,” countless bad deeds come to mind. We may not have a picture in our minds. The mountain has an image in our minds. Now, if someone tells someone not to do bad things, they will be encouraged to do more bad things. What is the solution now?

The solution is to use positive sentences instead of negative ones. For example, don’t tell someone not to do bad things. Tell him to do good deeds. Don’t tell him not to think bad thoughts; tell him to think good thoughts. Don’t tell him not to speak badly; tell him to speak well.

We often overuse negative phrases. For example, we tell our child that if he does not pray, he will go to hell. It should be said that you pray to go to heaven. In short, we should use caution in giving advice or good words so that it does not happen that we have caused more harm than good to someone.

  1. All human life is based on hopes, dreams, and desires. When hopes are removed from life, it loses its meaning. There is not a single person in this world who does not have hopes.

These desires have so much power that the entire life revolves around them; if we look at it today, the person who does everything does so by his wish. For example, if I study, my heart may not want to study; it may want to watch a movie. But I am studying, so the power of my desire compels me to study. For example, if I hope to go abroad on a scholarship for higher education, then this desire compels me to learn English.
Therefore, every person should have small and big hopes in life and never give up on their hopes. Because it is our hopes that bring color and joy to our lives.

These are the hopes that motivate people to work, toil, and live.
However, he realized that there is a lot of power in desires, which compels a person to do anything. Now we must let go of our hopes and replace them with hopes that are beneficial to us and do not harm anyone in the social realm. There are many desires in the human heart, but all these desires are not something that a person can focus on or try to achieve.

There are some wishes or desires that are beneficial to you and harmful to others. Whatever desire we go after, we should also think that it will not harm me now or in the future. Second, we should think that because of my wish or hope, others will not be harmed.

For example, if a person’s desire is money and he spends it, then starts stealing, murdering, and kidnapping, this will make him rich, but there is a danger to him and harm to others. A lot of thought goes into setting and achieving wishes. Not every wish is worth fulfilling, and not every wish is in the interest of man. There are some wishes that are beneficial to the person, and he finds pleasure in them; but the future destroys them.
