JALALABAD, Nov 09, 2010: A doctor examines a child, who is infected with  leishmaniasis, at a health clinic in eastern Nangarhar province.
Health officials say the number of people infected with leishmaniasis has decreased from 1919 to 467 over the past six months in the province.
