Spending their own money, residents of the Jaghatu district of southern Ghazni province have constructed a new school building at a cost of five million afghanis.
The foundation stone of a primary school building which would be constructed at the personal cost of residents was laid in the Girou district of southern Ghazni province, an official said on Monday.
