Shukhrat Rahmanov, governor of Uzbekistan’s Andijan province, on Tuesday arrived in western Herat province leading a high-level trade delegation, officials said.
An Uzbek delegation comprising government officials and private-sector representatives arrived in Kabul on Sunday, the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MoAIL) said.
