KABUL (PAN): Hundreds of Kabul residents on Friday took to the streets against Pakistan forces’ attack on an Afghan border post, asking the Karzai administration to adopt a clearl-defined policy toward the neighbouring country.
The demonstration came after a clash between Afghan border police and Pakistani troops in the Konsari area of Goshta district in eastern Nangarhar province on Wednesday night.
During the border skirmish, Afghan forces razed a newly-erected border gate. One policeman was killed and three others wounded while nearly 10 Pakistani soldiers suffered casualties in the battle.
