HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Former national security advisor Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta on Sunday said the unity government’s diplomacy towards Pakistan was a failure.
Speaking at an unofficial bilateral meeting between ex-senior Afghan and Pakistani officials in western Herat province, Spanta said the Afghan government’s policy failed because it was one-sided.
