KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): A university student said on Saturday the Taliban cut off one of his fingers after arresting him during their occupation of Kunduz City, the capital of northern Kunduz province.
He said the Taliban wanted to kill him, but he begged for his life and they sliced off one of his fingers.
Almost one and a half months back, the Taliban overran Kunduz City and their capture lasted for three days. Afghan forces, however, cleared the city after weeks of clearing operations.
