PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Protestors kept blocked the Baghlan-Kunduz highway for a fourth consecutive day on Sunday, even not allowing dead bodies to be passed off.
More than 200 people have blocked the busy highway in Parchawah area of Baghlan-i-Markazi district, demanding the shifting of Baghlan’s capital to Baghlan-i-Markazi district. The road is reopened for traffic only during night.
Arbab Shamsullah, a resident of Mangal village of Baghlan-i-Markazi district, said: “We want to put pressure on the government by blocking this road to shift the Baghlan University . . .
