KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Defence (MoD) on Saturday said it would punish those who shared a video clip showing a woman gives to birth her child in the courtyard of a major hospital in Kabul.
A private television on Tuesday night aired a video clip showing the wife of a security official giving birth to a child in the courtyard of Sardar Daud Khan 400-bed hospital and the doctor arrived after the birth had take place.
