NEILI (Pajhwok): Some people with disabilities in central Daikundi province accuse local officials of negligence in providing them their allowances and privileges.
The physically challenged people accuse local officials of depriving them of their rights such as recruitment of qualified disabled persons to different positions, establishing capacity development centres for them, allotment of residential plots and apartments, allocation of seven percent scholarships for their children, free education and special discount in air and road fares.
