KABU (Pajhwok): The cleanliness department of Kabul Municipality was set to be privatised as city administration lacked equipment and other resources to discharge the cleanliness drive properly.
The view was expressed by Eng. Tawab Ahmadi, the cleanliness department head, during an exclusive chat with Pajhwok Afghan News.
