KABUL at the Barakyab Residential Township in central Parwan province was signed on Monday.
The MoU was signed at the Presidential Palace between Syed Hussain Alami Balkhi, the minister for refugees and repatriations, and the Capital Region Independent Development Authority director general, Eng. Ilham Umar Hotaki, in the presence of President Ashraf Ghani.
