HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Former national security advisor and politician Rangin Dadfar Spanta on Saturday said Afghanistan were not eliminated.
Speaking on the second day of the 5th Herat Security Dialogue (HSD-V), Spanta said terrorists’ hideouts were still located in Pakistan.
“A mentality for peace and stability never existed in Pakistan and the country is trying to use terrorism and Taliban to colonise Afghanistan,” he alleged.
