KABUL CITY (Pajhwok): Nearly 12,000 repatriated refugees will get land plots under a residential scheme launched on Thursday in eastern Laghman province.
The Laghman provincial press department in a statement said the township was being constructed in the center of Mehtarlam city, the provincial capital.
