HEART CITY (Pajhwok): The number of female drivers doubled in western Herat province this year, an official said on Wednesday, but women to receive driver training.
According to traffic officials, around 250 female drivers received driving license in Herat this year.
Shima Wafa, a resident of Herat city, the provincial capital, after receiving her driving license, said she usually moved from home to office in her car.
