KABUL (Pajhwok): Leaders from the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) on Wednesday adopted the Islamabad Declaration and the ECO Vision 2025, reiterating their political will and strong commitment to realising the bloc’s aims and objectives.
Pakistan hosted the 10-nation summit in Islamabad where the presidents of Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, the prime ministers of Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and deputy prime minister of Uzbekistan were present. Pakistan’s premier Nawaz Sharif chaired the summit.
