KABUL (HIA) prisoners is set to be released soon from the Bagram prison as their bail process has been finalized.
A few months back, the Gulbadin Hekmatyar-led HIA and the Afghan government signed a landmark peace deal.
Under the deal, the government has to release HIA prisoners and a joint commission of the HIA and the government has launched efforts in this regard.
HIA spokesman Qarib Rahman Saeed told Pajhwok Afghan News the joint delegation visited some 39 prisoners at the Bagram Jail . . .
