KABUL (HIA) leader Gulbadin Hekmatyar would support the Afghan national forces.
Addressing a huge gathering welcoming Hekmatyar at the Ghazi football stadium in Kabul, the minister said the gathering that welcomed the former jihadi leader at the Presidential Palace was a historic example of national unity.
He said he was optimistic that the return of Hekmatyar would help stabilize Afghanistan. “I believe we will have Hekmatyar support with our national forces.”
