KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission on Thursday announced July 7 next year a date to hold the long-delayed parliamentary and district council elections.
IEC chief Najibullah Ahmadzai told a press conference that the date had been firmed up after lengthy consultations with all stakeholders.
