SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): The Daesh militant group has informed residents of the Darz Aab district of northern Jawzjan province it will soon introduce its self-styled curriculum in schools, officials said on Tuesday.
Inhabitants and officials say the Islamic State rebels, who are trying to strengthen their foothold in Afghanistan, recently torched the Darz Aab girls’ school and damaged 11 other educational institutes in the district.
