BEIJING (Pajhwok): Afghanistan and China have signed two agreements under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative on building two trans-regional optic fiber networks.
The Afghan Embassy in Beijing signed the two memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on behalf of the Afghan Telecom with China Telecom.
