KANDAHAR (Pajhwok): A visiting High Peace Council.
Headed by Qazi Habibullah Fawzi, the HPC delegation arrived in southern Kandahar province on Tuesday.
Fawzi told Pajhwok Afghan News during an interview that the Taliban could open their office wherever they wanted in Afghanistan because without a political office no talks could take place.
He added the government had no pre-condition for the revival of peace talks and asked the Taliban not to impose any condition ahead of talks.
