HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The governor of western Herat province on Tuesday said that special arrangements have been put in place for hosting a high profile ceremony marking the launch of the Afghanistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project in Herat City.
Speaking to reporters in the western city, Herat governor Mohammad Asif Rahimi said more than 150 guests had been invited to attend the launching ceremony in Herat City from the three countries.
