GARDEZ (Pajhwok): A new plan is ready to register seminaries in southeastern Paktia province which are out of the provincial education department’s framework, local officials said on Thursday.
Additionally, more and well equipped centers for Islamic education would also be established as part of the plan, said the officials while launching work on a new seminary building in Mahlan area of Gardez, the provincial capital, on Thursday.
