KABUL (Pajhwok): The government has fully enforced 16 anti-corruption recommendations out of the total 113 the Independent Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (MEC) has presented, the committee said in its quarterly report on Monday.
The MEC report notes much of the progress in teacher recruitment at the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC), as well as at the Ministry of Education (MoE).
