Pakistan’s imports from Afghanistan up by 117.5pc

PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Pakistan have risen by 117.9 percent to $118.48 million in the 11 months, the central bank said on Tuesday.
In the previous fiscal year, imports from the neighbouring country accounted for $54.355 million, the latest data from te State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said.
Pakistan’s exports to Afghanistan rose by 31.02 percent to $1.402 billion, compared with $1.07 billion in same period of the preceding year.
Exports to Afghanistan increased to $119.571 million in May 2018 -- up from 115.649 million . . .
