KABUL Breshna Sherkat (DABS) officials in northern Samangan province say a number of government departments and telecom companies default on power bills amounting to more than 24 million afghanis.
Ghufran Rasikh, deputy DABS head, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the defaulters included 33 government departments and four telecom companies.
He said the Samangan prison department owed nearly 7.5 million afghanis, the provincial civil hospital 3.2 million afghanis, the municipality more than one million afghanis, the governor’s house 1.4 million afghanis, the
