ZARANJ (Pajhwok): The Public Health Department of northwestern Nimroz province says stomach cancer now is diagnosed and treated inside the country.
Nimroz public health director Khesraw Yousufzai told Pajhwok Afghan News that stomach cancer was detected and treated by a doctor in Zaranj City, who had studied in India.
He said the doctor’s treatment had encouraged patients from Herat, Kandahar, Helmand, Farah and Kabul provinces to meet him in Zaranj City, the provincial capital.
