ASADABAD (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of a 200-bed hospital and inaugurated a new building for the provincial Public Health Department in eastern Kunar province.
The president, who arrived in Asadabad City, the provincial capital, early in the morning at the head of a high-level delegation, congratulated doctors over the new projects, and ordered the MoPH to focus on quality public service.
