KABUL Peace Zalmay Khalilzad and President Ashraf Ghani have discussed the ongoing peace process.
Khalilzad began his latest peace mission on March 25 with visits to London and Brussels before travelling to Afghanistan.
On a multination trip to facilitate intra-Afghan peace talks, Khalilzad on Monday arrived in the Afghan capital and met several officials.
Presidential spokesman Haroon Chakhansouri told Pajhwok Afghan News the US chief negotiator met President Ghani on Monday evening.
