KABUL (HIA) leader Gulbadin Hekmatyar said on Sunday the only legitimate way to reach power in the country was fair and free election.
Addressing a press conference in Kabul, Hekmatyar said his party would strive for implementation of a joint and comprehensive plan political parties had presented to the government and the electoral bodies about the Sept. 28 presidential ballot.
