KABUL (Pajhwok): President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has ruled out compromise on security and defence forces integrity saying that peace agreement is conditional while there is no condition for peace negotiations, a statement from Presidential Palace said on Tuesday.
The president expressed the view during a meeting with officers of security forces here, the statement said.
