KABUL Bareshna Shirkat (DABS) on Monday said power bills amounting to nine billion afghanis remained unpaid by consumers across the country, urging the government to announce subsidy for people.
This was stated by DABS chief Rahimullah Ghalib who was summoned by the Wolesi Jirga or lower house of parliament to explain unequal price of the electricity.
