HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Seven of the 38 quarantined individuals who fled a hospital here last evening have been collected from different parts of western Herat province, an official said on Tuesday.
Jilani Farhad, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News seven of the escapees had been brought back to hospital. Efforts are ongoing to collect the rest of suspected individuals.
At least 38 quarantined coronavirus suspects fled from hospital in Herat on Monday evening after attacking doctors and breaking windows of the medical facility.
