President nominates Ahmad Zia Seraj as NDS head

“President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani designated Ahmad Zia Seraj as the general director of the NDS in compliance to presidential order No. 46.”

Seraj served in different capacities in NDS in the past 18 years. The president prayed for his success and wished all the best.

Seraj has recently served as acting head of the NDS.
