KABUL (Pajhwok): Qatar Special Envoy Dr. Mutlaq Bin Majid Al Qahtani on Wednesday met Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, chairman of High Reconciliation Council (HRC), and discussed matters related to Afghan peace process, a statement said on Wednesday.
Dr. Abdullah hailed Qatar efforts for peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan and stressed peace was Afghan government’s priority and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was ready for peace talks.
