KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of militants released before the Doha peace negotiations have returned to the battlefield, the High Council for National Reconciliation (HCNC) chief has confirmed.
Dr. Abdullah, during an online conference with the US Council on Foreign Relations on Tuesday, hailed the ongoing intra-Afghan dialogue in Qatar as positive.
AFP quoted the government's lead negotiator as saying: "I do know some have returned to the battlefield, which is a violation of the agreement they had made."
